SK Networks CEO Lee Ho-jeong said creating a safe working environment is the company’s top management priority.

“Our company’s most important asset is the people who give their best on the front lines,” Lee was quoted as saying while visiting outdoor worksites this summer to encourage employees, the company said on Tuesday.

Lee recently toured employee workspaces at the Walkerhill Hotel & Resort in Seoul’s Gwangjin District, including the control room, mechanical room, and kitchen, to check on safety conditions. He also visited the metropolitan logistics center in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, where he shared a meal with employees and listened to their concerns.
