LG Energy Solution Q2 OP soars 152% to beat estimates
LG Energy Solution, Ltd. reported an operating profit of 492.2 billion won ($358 million) for the second quarter of 2025, or a 152 percent jump from a year earlier, the company said on Friday.
The figure beat the market consensus of 304 billion won, compiled by Yonhap Infomax, by 61.6 percent.
Sales fell 9.7 percent on-year to 5.56 trillion won, while net profit swung to a gain of 90.6 billion won.
