Samsung Electronics Service tops in after-sales service evaluation

Samsung Electronics Service Co., a service subsidiary of South Korean tech giant Samsung Electronics Co., announced on Thursday that it ranked top spot in the home appliance after-sales service (AS) category in the 2025 National Service Awards (NSA) by the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies (IPS).

The company’s three-step differentiated service was highly praised - pre-inspection to check the condition of appliances in advance, systematic post-management, and personalized customer care.

Samsung Electronics Service was also named No. 1 for the 24th consecutive year in the computer AS category and for the 22nd consecutive year in the mobile phone AS category in the 2025 Korean Standard-Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) organized by the Korean Standards Association.

The company earned high scores across all evaluation categories, including high-quality service, customer-friendly responses, convenient service experiences, and the realization of social value.
