LG CNS announced Thursday it signed an academic-industry partnership with the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at KAIST to launch a new AI Transformation (AX) Talent Track aimed at cultivating future tech leaders.

Under the program, selected students will receive full tuition for two years of master’s study along with monthly living stipends. Research funding will also be provided to the participating department, and graduates will be guaranteed employment at LG CNS.

Applications for the first cohort will open in the second half of 2025. The program is open to students from all academic backgrounds. In addition to KAIST, LG CNS is working with top universities including Seoul National University to foster AX talent.
