AhnLab CloudMate has launched an AI assistant development platform on Thursday, enabling businesses to build AI assistants tailored to their needs.

The platform – ACMEi – supports companies in developing AI assistants by leveraging both their own data and the platform’s provided datasets.

The platform automates data preprocessing and offers industry-specific large language model (LLM) service templates, allowing businesses to easily create optimized AI assistants for their sectors.

It also provides an integrated management service essential for operating AI assistants through a subscription-based model.

AhnLab CloudMate expects ACMEi to maximize the value of customer data and enhance productivity by offering a one-stop solution for data preprocessing, AI assistant development, security, and operational support, the company said.
