
Motorola Korea on Thursday unveiled the moto g56 5G, a rugged smartphone that KT Corp. will sell exclusively in South Korea, built to withstand extreme environments with MIL-STD-810H testing and IP68/IP69 dust- and water-resistance.
The front uses Corning Gorilla Glass 7i for improved scratch and drop resistance, while the back features vegan leather for better grip.
The phone sports a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,000 nits peak brightness, a 50-megapixel rear camera, and a 32-megapixel front camera.
It comes in Pantone Black Oyster and Pantone Gray Mist colorways.
KT launched nationwide and online KT Shop sales on Thursday at an official price of 330,000 won ($240).
