Korean Air Lines Co. has opened a pop-up store at Starfield COEX Mall in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul, to showcase its new corporate identity (CI), the airline announced Monday.
The event, titled “Brand New KE: in Seoul,” runs through July 13.
This marks the airline’s first domestic pop-up event since unveiling its updated CI in March. More than 5,000 people visited the store during the weekend, according to the company.
Visitors can participate in several activities at the venue, including sitting in a replica of the airline’s latest Prestige Class seat for commemorative photos and taking pictures using photo booths framed with the new Korean Air branding.
Following the Seoul event, Korean Air plans to bring similar promotional activities to key international markets, including Frankfurt and Japan, to raise awareness of its updated brand identity.
