LG Electronics is strengthening its business-to-business (B2B) home appliance operations through a partnership with CSC ServiceWorks Inc. (CSC), North America’s leading laundry solutions provider.

The company announced on Wednesday that it signed a contract to supply commercial washing machines to CSC in the United States. Sam Kim, vice president of LG’s Home Appliance Solution Company, and CSC Chief Executive Officer Rodrigo Castellanos attended the signing ceremony.

Headquartered in New York, CSC operates approximately 1.5 million commercial washers and dryers across the United States and Canada, making it the largest laundry solutions company in North America. It sells equipment and provides management services for shared laundry rooms as well as coin laundromats in large residential complexes, apartment buildings, university dormitories, and hotels.

The partnership allows LG Electronics to secure a key client with extensive infrastructure in the commercial laundry market, supporting its efforts to expand market share. CSC, in turn, gains a stable supply of LG products.

LG has also been supplying commercial washers to Wash, another major U.S. laundry solutions provider, since 2024 and is marking steady progress in its B2B expansion.

According to market research firm Research and Markets, the U.S. commercial washing machine market was valued at approximately $1.43 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow at an average annual rate of 5.6 percent through to 2029.

“We plan to solidify our position as a global leader in the commercial washer and dryer market by leveraging our advanced technology and trusted brand,” Kim said.
