Amorepacific has introduced a generative AI chatbot, “Amore Chat,” on its e-commerce platform Amoremall, the South Korean beauty company said Friday.

Amore Chat uses generative AI technology to provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations based on users’ concerns. It also summarizes product reviews and tracks order and delivery status for purchases made on the site.

Amorepacific is continuing to expand its suite of beauty tech solutions powered by advanced technologies. Its “AI Skin Analysis and Care Solution,” which applies deep learning to clinical evaluations of skin images, is already being used both domestically and abroad.

The company received an Innovation Award for “Wanna-Beauty AI (WBAI)” a generative AI-based virtual makeup experience platform that offers personalized beauty simulations, at CES 2025.
